If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact [email protected] for detailed instructions on how to return your defective item, and we will do our best to resolve the issues.
NOTE: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped back to us, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY!
